You will work closely with our maintenance and leasing teams to ensure apartments are ready for new occupants, you also will keep all our common areas in pristine condition and provide individual housecleaning services to independent residents who request this service.
These positions offer a variety in your daily schedule and the opportunity to see immediately how your efforts benefit and are appreciated by our residents! With numerous lounges and common areas, no two days will be alike in the cleaning task list.
Ideal candidates will have prior professional housekeeping experience, enjoy working collaboratively with a small team, display a friendly demeanor with our residents and co-workers, and take pride in their work.
Forest Ridge will have a total of 374 apartments by the end of summer on our 11-acre campus in the Village of Hales Corners with easy freeway access.
Pay Range:

Responsibilities:
The below list of duties/responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded as needed and based on operational needs.
Clean office, models and restrooms and common areas Clean all vacant apartments.
Keep all vacant units fresh and odorless.
Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily or as directed.
Monitor supplies level and notify the manager of supply needs.
Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and training as required.
Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by supervision.
The Wimmer Communities Construction Team has recently and successfully opened the top-tier multi-family communities in the suburban Milwaukee market such as The Artisan, The Linx Club, Poplar Creek, and Riverwalk on the Falls.
We are currently under construction on three multi-family communities totaling approximately 350 units, and have industry leading apartment and hotel developments in pre-construction totaling approximately 325 hotel rooms and 600 apartment units.
